1. Building Niche sites (websites/blogs) is the best way to build residual income online. This idea is also promoted my Amy Bass (the Niche Blogger). Niche Websites are sites which are focused on a certain thing. These websites are typically small websites (usually less than 100 pages) clearly focused on a corner of a particular market. The narrower the subject matter the better it is. For example instead of making a blog on lesson planning it is better to make a blog on "Lesson planning of Primary Level English Subject". These websites typically have a limited audience, but can become extremely popular amongst people who share that particular interest.
2. She makes content pages of her niche sites on keyword phrases closely tied to the site url: It means that first of all she makes sure that the domain name of her blog/website is keyword specific, then she also takes care that all content pages of the site contain keywords closely related to the website name.This is a good seo technique.
3. She uses Article Marketing to promote her websites/blogs: This means first of all she creates a niche  blog/ website and then she promotes her niche sites by writing articles for free sites such as Ezine Articles, Articlesbase, and other article directories.She also builds a few links to the main page or one of the content pages through article sites like Bukisa and link libraries such as Xomba.
4. She focuses on one thing at a time:  Once she mentioned that she is concentrating on learning to write for Squidoo and right now she would be focusing on them for a specific amount of time. She also mentioned that she has started some new niche sites she will focus on until she creates at least five content pages of all these websites. Then she plans to continue with her old blogs. This shows how she manages to be a successful freelance writer, a super hot affiliate, a good blogger and a successful entrepreneur. not to forget a super mom of four.
5. She tells us to stay inspired by making new goals when you've reached current ones: She tells her story that she reached her original income goal some time ago, but then she motivated herself by telling herself that this was what I wanted but "hey this is not at my ideal income and I can make even more than that"

1. She uses Ezine Articles (a famous article directory) to link back to her niche sites and blogs. She recommends us to do the same.
2. She is a member of Wealthy Affiliate Network. She really appreciates the society.
3. She recommends that every blog soul have an "About Page", which tells the blog readers about the blogger's real self. She says  " Let your readers know who who are, why you're blogging, what ties you have to the topic, and what they'll find on your blog." Have you written an About Page on your Blog? (I think I will as soon as possible)
4. I really like one of her habit. She ends her blog posts with a beautiful question about the topic expressed above. I think in this way she engages her blog readers and they are motivated to comment on her blog entries, thus making the blogging process a really beautiful two way communication.
5. She thinks search engine optimization (seo) is a very good technique for article marketing success. She recommends using free tools like Wordtracker and Google Adwords to help with this aspect. She also recommend using the main keywords as anchor text when you provide bookmarks (on other websites/blogs) to your articles.
